“The Security Council demands that North Korea not conduct any further launch," the statement said, also expressing body’s desire for a “peaceful and diplomatic solution to the situation” and welcomed Member States’ efforts to reach a “comprehensive solution through dialogue" and to continue the Six-Party Talks to de-nuclearize North Korea.

Well, apparently the United Nations Security Council listened to Obama and phrased a REALLY strongly worded letter in response to North Korea’s missile launch. Since Obama plans to rid the world of nukes, North Korea must be dealt with firmly. Although the UN’s reaction is a bit late, a certified letter is certainly intimidating and will no doubt bore the North Koreans into submission.

North Korea's response: "The six-party nuclear talks have become no longer necessary. We will never again participate in such talks and will not be bound by any agreement reached at the six-party talks."

The North Korean government said it would continue to "bolster its nuclear deterrent for self-defense by all means" and "take steps to restore nuclear facilities it had been disabled under the agreement of the six-party talks...We will actively review building our own light-water nuclear reactors and reprocess used nuclear fuel rods that came from experimental nuclear reactors."

Everyone knows written letters are a ridiculous way to settle an international dispute……ever heard of Facebook?? Geesh…get with it!! I figured our hip new prez would have thought of that….OMG WTF!!!
