Sure....More Votes for Us!

So, our fearless leader is not only attempting to change the face of healthcare, our energy policy, financial industry, and weather….he is going to spearhead a campaign to pave a way for ille….er….I mean undocumented workers to achieve American citizenship.

This is a lot to accomplish within a year, and I’d like to think it will backfire…however, I just saw a poll that says only 53% of Americans believe that Capitalism is better than Socialism. It’s amazing how quickly people forget how we became a superpower in the first place, and will allow a bump-in-the-road to dictate or change their Economic philosophy….and I am being facetious by even attributing a “philosophy” to any of these fickle morons! The instant gratification of our culture makes it easy for the Left to sink their teeth into their greedy victims…..

Anyway, back to immigration! Not only are we allowing a path to citizenship for people that probably do not have a true respect or appreciation for the bedrock of American principles…..we have enough of those already! This will also make it easier for the Left to secure more votes in order to completely annihilate the landscape of our country. The lib’s have figured out the simple concept of quid-pro-quo when it comes to gaining votes. Gimme Gimme Gimme!

I can understand an open immigration policy in only one instance….everyman for himself with no government assistance of any kind. Since that will never happen, we should not even consider the idea of creating a larger drag on our economy. America has turned into a welfare state, so citizenship is similar to winning a lottery. With only half of the country paying income taxes and the other half bleeding it dry, I am doubtful that most current illegal immigrants will fall into the “tax payer” spectrum once granted citizenship.

As well, if the illegal immigrants will soon be protected under our employee compensation laws, then they will now be competing with our current citizens for jobs. I doubt this will go over well with those who are out of work and will now have more competition in their career search.

The only person I can even picture gaining anything from this, aside from the Dem’s and illegal immigrants, are homeowners. I imagine the lack of an illegal workforce will drive home prices through the roof! However, I’m sure this windfall will be balanced with higher taxes due to the added strain of 10 million more “citizens”.

Here comes another housing bubble bursting!
